For Windows users, click the Windows Start menu, type ncpa.cpL in the search field, then press Enter. This will open the Network Connections window. Right-click on your network adapter and select Status. Click on Details and look for the IPv6 Address field. For Linux users, use the command ip -6 addr to show all locally configured IPv6 addresses, including the link-local address. To show only global reachable addresses, use the command ip -6 addr show scope global. For any operating system, open a command-line tool such as Command Prompt, PowerShell, or Windows Terminal, and type the command ipconfig. For each network adapter, you will see the IPv4 and IPv6 addresses in the corresponding fields.
